But understanding alone rarely changes behaviour. This work goes deeper — to the beliefs and patterns that formed long before you were old enough to question them. That’s where the real shift happens.

I know what it feels like to look completely fine on the outside while something inside isn’t working.
For years I was that person. Functional, developing in my career, showing up for everyone around me — and privately feeling broken, not enough, like I was losing at something I couldn’t even name. I didn’t lack self-awareness. I had plenty of it. What I lacked was a way through.
That changed when I started doing the real work — not just understanding my patterns, but actually shifting them. Relationships changed. The voice in my head changed. I stopped going through the motions and started actually living.
That’s what I do with the people I work with. Not because I read about it — because I lived it.
I’m a certified RTT® Practitioner, Spirit Release Facilitator, and Rahanni Healer. I’m now building my practice with a clear focus — working specifically with men. It’s a deliberate choice, and one I’m deeply committed to. 2.Do I need to believe in this for it to work?
No. Scepticism is fine — it won’t get in the way. What matters is that you show up and engage honestly. That’s it.
3.How do I know which session is right for me?
If you’re not sure, don’t guess — book a free 30-minute call and I’ll tell you exactly where to start based on what you’re dealing with.
4.Will one session be enough?
This is not weekly therapy. Many men notice significant change after one session. Some situations benefit from two or three. Either way, this is a focused investment — not an open-ended commitment.
5.Do I need to prepare for a session?
For Spirit Release — nothing needed. It’s done remotely on your behalf. For RTT — you’ll receive a simple intake form beforehand. For Rahanni — just show up. The most important thing for all three is that you’re honest about what’s going on.
6.Are the sessions done in person or remotely?
All sessions are done online via video call, so you can work with me from anywhere. Spirit Release is done entirely remotely — you don’t even need to be present. Rahanni and RTT require you to be in a quiet, undisturbed space for the duration of the session.
7.Is this a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No — and I’ll always be straight with you about that. This work goes to places conventional therapy often doesn’t reach. But it doesn’t replace medical or psychological treatment, and I won’t take on clients whose situations are outside my scope.
